Filson Thomas believes in being a person of value adding value to others. It was this awareness that enabled Filson to start a Leadership and Personal Growth Company, Archegos (Ar-khay-gos) Consulting, after 20 years in corporate world. Archegos is a Greek word that means Pioneer Leadership. Filson started his corporate journey as an IT Professional in India. After gaining various experiences in the Middle East and Europe, he built his career in corporate America, in which he led multiple high caliber teams
He also functions as an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, world’s top leadership development company. Filson is certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth.
Filson also led and served on numerous non-profit boards in membership and leadership positions. Over the years, he has become known as a “change agent” for agencies and corporations with struggling governance.
He has been utilizing his passion in the business, charities, and faith-based arenas as a counselor and advisor to leaders. Most significantly, Filson has been able to serve as a husband and father to his wife, Reney and their son.
